Mike Bub

Grammy Award winner Mike Bub is also a five-time IBMA Bass Player of the Year and a four-time SPBGMA Bass Player of the Year. He spent 13 years with the world-renowned Del McCoury Band during a tenure when that group gained membership to the Grand Ole Opry and became the most awarded band in bluegrass music. Mike currently freelances with a wide variety of artists including the Peter Rowan & Tony Rice Quartet and the reigning IBMA Female Singer of the Year, Dale Ann Bradley. He also continues to perform with the legendary Sidemen in the Nashville area.
