Phil Wiggins

Phil Wiggins, a National Heritage Fellow, is a gifted songwriter and singer and one of the greatest acoustic blues harmonica players alive.  He has played with blues greats Archie Edwards, John Jackson and Flora Molton. Phil has performed with John Cephas as Cephas & Wiggins for 30 years. They have received the W. C. Handy Award for Blues Entertainers of the Year and Best Traditional Blues Album of the Year.
