Tai Chi, the ancient Chinese meditative martial art, is sometimes called “swimming in the air.”  Come a little early for breakfast to loosen up for your day, and we’ll use of some of these gentle movements to enhance your dance experience with more flexibility, strength, balance, and flow.  Cis promises you’ll feel better at the end of each session than when you arrived!
